Remote hiring & onboarding

Our customers are dependent on our ability to automate their mission-critical processes, and we have accelerated hiring plans across all departments, in particular Product, Design & Engineering, to meet increased demand for our solution and to ensure we’re supporting our customers in good times and bad.

With offices around the globe, we were always remote-friendly, with the tools and tech to support our move to work from home. Still, interviewing is an inherently nerve-wracking process, so here’s what we’re doing to ensure a smooth process.

Remote interviews

We’ve moved all our interviews virtual for the time being to ensure the health, safety and productivity of our employees and their loved ones. Our interview process is designed to get to know you, so we can mutually evaluate if it’s the right fit. Video conferencing helps with that, so we encourage you to turn video on and get to know our Hiring Managers and team! We’ve always had a relaxed dress code, so show up in whatever makes you the most comfortable. Pets or kids pop into the screen? Don’t worry, we’re facing the same challenges, too.

Increased flexibility

Running late or can’t find childcare coverage? Need more time for a take-home exercise or facing Internet issues? Don’t worry. Reach out to the recruiter or recruiting coordinator you’ve been speaking to as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Remote onboarding

We’ve tailored our onboarding process to set you up for success, ensuring a sense of community from the moment your new hire class starts. Our two- week curriculum and how-to resources are designed to introduce you to our entire company, wherever you are located. We ship your computer and any other hardware straight to you and walk you through set-up, so you're ready to go on Day 1!

Our Internship Program

Our technical internship program will take place in our New York and Sofia offices and run for 12 weeks from June through August 2022. It is geared towards students graduating in 2023 who are looking to gain experience at one of the fastest-growing automation start-ups and develop valuable technical and soft skills. Participants will work side-by-side with some of the brightest minds in ML, Product Management and Software Development.
