Jon-Marc Patton

VP Customer Experience

As Vice President of Customer Experience, Jon-Marc is responsible for ensuring the growth and retention of Hyperscience’s global client base from initial implementation through on-going technical support and account management.

Jon-Marc has over 20 years of experience working with software companies and BPO organizations specializing in both SaaS and on-premise enterprise solutions. Prior to joining Hyperscience, Jon-Marc launched a solution consulting practice and was responsible for scaling implementations at CipherHealth, a healthcare IT SaaS vendor specializing in patient engagement solutions. He started his career leading customer success teams at a workforce management start-up, where he stayed through its acquisition by SumTotal Systems, a Skillsoft company. Jon-Marc then transitioned to JK-Group, the market-leading SaaS vendor in corporate philanthropy at the time, to launch a new product line and customer success function. He supported the company during and after its acquisition by CyberGrants.

Jon-Marc holds a BA from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He lives in New Jersey with his wife and three children and enjoys playing tennis, music and being fit.

We are never more formidable than when we face challenges and adversity together. This becomes even more true over time as we grow mindshare, share perspectives and learn from one another. No one can stop us and the sky's the limit for our success.
