As Chief Customer Experience Officer, Jon-Marc is responsible for ensuring the growth and retention of Hyperscience’s global client base from initial implementation through on-going technical support and account management.
Jon-Marc has over 20 years of experience working with software companies and BPO organizations specializing in both SaaS and on-premise enterprise solutions. Prior to joining Hyperscience, Jon-Marc launched a solution consulting practice and was responsible for scaling implementations at CipherHealth, a healthcare IT SaaS vendor specializing in patient engagement solutions. He started his career leading customer success teams at a workforce management start-up, where he stayed through its acquisition by SumTotal Systems, a Skillsoft company. Jon-Marc then transitioned to JK-Group, the market-leading SaaS vendor in corporate philanthropy at the time, to launch a new product line and customer success function. He supported the company during and after its acquisition by CyberGrants.
Jon-Marc holds a BA from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He lives in New Jersey with his wife and three children and enjoys playing tennis, music and being fit.
