Meet your Customer Success Manager

Once you are approaching the go-live date, we will assign a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM), who is your primary point-of-contact throughout the relationship, including adoption assessments and improvements, strategic expansion, roadmap reviews and more. Our CSMs serve as strategic partners for success and downstream growth.

The period of transition between go-live and steady-state use can be complex. That is why we use a HyperCare approach bringing together key stakeholders that make sure the launch is planned for and supported from all angles.


Review usage and adoption after rollout

Once Hyperscience is integrated into your organization and your teams have started using the platform, we’ll work together to make it your own. After implementation, we review your usage and configuration in order to anticipate any early issues and gather product- and use-case-related feedback.
