The Hyperscience Platform is intelligent enough to remove template details, such as “First Name,” and only return the business-critical data (“Frank”), whereas rules-based technology does not—data keyers manually delete unwanted data before it’s used for further processing. The recognition technology was trained on separate models to handle each data type, avoiding ambiguity and edge cases like the system thinking something is a “5” versus an “S,” which is key to reliably transcribing handwritten text and achieving true process efficiencies.
